By accessing and using Rucards, YOU accept and agree to these terms, conditions, and rules without limitation or qualification.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Rucards after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. Any additional terms, disclaimers, privacy policies, or policies applicable to specific areas of the Rucards website or services are also considered part of these terms.
Platform Usage
Rucards functions solely as a digital gift card and voucher platform. All transactions are processed directly through our integrated payment gateways. Upon successful payment, vouchers are delivered instantly via email/SMS or are available in your Rucards account.
Refunds & Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed transaction, a refund (if applicable) will be processed directly to the original payment source (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). Refund amounts typically reflect within 3–7 working days, depending on your payment method and banking partner.
No refunds are offered once a voucher has been successfully delivered.
Cancellations
All gift card/voucher purchases made through Rucards are final and non-cancellable once payment is successfully processed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all details (brand, denomination, recipient information, etc.) are correct before completing the payment.
Disputes & Issues with Merchants
Rucards is not a party to the contract between YOU and any brand or merchant offering the voucher. Any disputes regarding product/service quality, redemption issues, or expired/invalid vouchers must be addressed directly with the respective brand or merchant.
Rucards is not responsible for any refund, exchange, or claims related to goods or services purchased with vouchers.
Limitation of Liability
Rucards is not liable for:
- Incorrect voucher selection or recipient details entered by the user.
- Delays, errors, or failures due to technical issues, internet interruptions, payment gateway failures, or other third-party services.
- Payments made to incorrect accounts due to customer error (e.g., wrong UPI ID or payment details).
Third-party Links & Content
Rucards may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of such external sites or services.
The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Rucards.
